Plain-language terms for using trolololol.fun and buying, holding, or selling the $TROLL token on Solana. No fine print traps — just the deal.
1 · What you're agreeing to
By using this site or interacting with the $TROLL token, you confirm you're of legal age in your jurisdiction to use cryptocurrency, that you understand how blockchain transactions work, and that you accept these terms.
2 · Nothing here is financial advice
$TROLL is a meme coin — a fungible SPL token on Solana. It can lose value, gain value, or become worthless. Owning the licensed rights to the Trollface is a cultural and brand asset for the project; it is not a promise, peg, yield, or guarantee of any price for the token. Don't commit what you can't afford to lose.
3 · Verify the contract address
Copycat tokens with near-identical names and the same face are common. The only genuine $TROLL is the contract address published on this site and on the official X account (@trollolololFUN). We are not responsible for losses from tokens that merely look like $TROLL. Always confirm the mint before you swap.
4 · On-chain actions are irreversible
Swaps and transfers happen on Solana and cannot be undone. If you send to the wrong address, sign the wrong amount, or change your mind a second too late, the result stands. Confirm every transaction in your wallet before signing.
5 · We don't custody anything
$TROLL is non-custodial. Your wallet, your keys, your tokens. We can't recover seed phrases, reverse transactions, or unfreeze assets. If your wallet is compromised, your tokens leave with it.
6 · The meme is licensed to the project
$TROLL holds an exclusive, worldwide license to use the Trollface artwork within the crypto space, with an agreed royalty paid to the original artist on merchandise. That license belongs to the project.
Holding the $TROLL token is not a transfer or sub-license of the Trollface copyright to you. Buying $TROLL does not grant you the right to commercially exploit the Trollface artwork yourself. The $TROLL brand — the name, logo, site, and the licensed artwork — stays with the project. We're also clear that the artist licensed the artwork and did not personally endorse the token.
7 · No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided "as is." We don't warrant uptime, price accuracy, or that third-party tools (wallets, explorers, DEXs) work as expected. To the extent allowed by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the site or your trading of $TROLL.
8 · Sanctioned jurisdictions
You agree not to use this site if you're located in, or a citizen or resident of, a country subject to comprehensive U.S., EU, or UN sanctions, or if you're on any sanctions watchlist.
9 · Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved in good faith first, and through arbitration or the competent courts if needed.
